The sales lady is very quick with the quotation. When I had the problem, I had no
respond from her to say what is happening. With me leaving messages still no
respond.

Our apology for the inconvenience caused upon collection of the vehicle. Our quotations do not reflect the name of the relevant supplier. The confirmation and voucher was not issued yet at the time of collection since the consultant was still in contact regarding the booking.
