It was a shame the two delivery men made excuses not to take away my old freezer which was half the size of the new one, because they said they had no room! It then took a week for it to be collected...

Feel it was a bit silly that I had to wait till the night before at 9pm before find out what delivery slot was given. Would have been better if a text was just sent to mobile stating time.
