Please refer to your telephonic conversation with one of our colleagues. You have booked a flight with Ukraine and Austrian Airlines for your trip to Dubai. This is to inform you that Ukraine International flight is taking stop-over at Ukraine and this airport is more than 200 kms away from the same airport where MH airlines incident that had happened. Therefore, airline is not providing us refund for the cancellation of flight. Refund is not in our hands, and we like to provide you the full refund if we will get it from the airlines. As per Pegasus Airlines, the flight is operating without any interruption.
