Terrible payment times on claims
I placed a claim and it took too long for it to be paid! I paid my gap on the 20th of Oct and my claim was not paid until 01/12/2016 and the hospital cannot find the payment.

Thank you for sharing your experience. For medical claims we do require more information and for the claim/info to be checked over by a medical assessor so it can take more time.
