Not happy about the $100 excess
We saw doctor few times during the trip but we can't claim it as a lot under each member. Every medical receipt needed to deduct the $100 excess before we get the claim. I'm not happy with that.

Put a claim in not able to refund correct amount on invoice, notified them , 10 day delay , another refunded amount still not correct, phoned them , another incorrect amount still incorrect
