Costsaver Bewertung

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry that the trip did not match your earlier experiences with us or provide the value you had hoped for. We understand that the cost felt high in relation to what was offered, and we take that concern seriously. We will share your comments with our Product Development Department so that the value and quality of the itinerary can be reviewed.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the experiences so memorable and that our Travel Director's energy and knowledge enhanced every stop. It is also encouraging to hear that the Coach Driver was so friendly and skilled, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to both of them. Your suggestion that the Optional Excursions carry a difficulty rating is a thoughtful one, particularly in light of the travellers who found the walking demanding. We will share it with our Product Development Department for consideration. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Guide excellent and that the itinerary and stops were to your liking, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to them. We are sorry that the hotels did not meet your expectations, particularly the two that you found dated and in need of attention, and that some days involved more time on the road than was comfortable. We will share both points with our Operations Department so that the standard of the hotels and the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. We appreciate your candour and hope to welcome you on another journey in future.
