Costsaver Bewertung

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour full-on and well worth the cost, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director were so fantastic. It is also encouraging to know that you enjoyed such a wide range of experiences across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, from the Fjords cruise and the Flåm railway to the sculpture park, the funicular and the guided art tour of the underground railway, and that you would recommend the tour to others. We are sorry to learn that you were placed in a shared room with a fellow guest whose sleep was disrupted, and that you needed to pay for a single room after several nights of poor rest. We appreciate your advice for future travellers regarding the single supplement, and your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that room-sharing arrangements can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director so knowledgeable and personable, and that his good humour helped the whole group to feel at ease. It is especially encouraging to know that he took such care to accommodate guests with physical limitations and looked after everyone so attentively. We appreciate your observation that your enjoyment of the trip owed so much to his skill as a guide. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director excellent, and that she went so far beyond her role, including calling at the hotel on the first morning to check that everyone was comfortable and offering to accompany guests on the Skyway when the weather turned wet in Bangkok. We also appreciate your understanding that some activities had to be cancelled during the rainy season, and it is encouraging to know that the alternatives arranged in their place were so well received. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director extremely good, and that his thoughtfulness in suggesting plans and places to visit for those not joining the optional tours was so appreciated. We are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the cancellation terms and charges that applied, particularly given the unsettled regional situation and the additional costs you incurred in postponing your travel from Asia. We understand that you felt the safety and security of guests was not given sufficient weight, and we regret that this has left you feeling so dissatisfied. We also note that the non-smoking rooms at the hotel in Zeytinburnu were filled with smoke, which fell short of what you were entitled to expect. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the cancellation policy and the hotel concerned can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director so knowledgeable, organised and professional, and that his passion for France, its history and its culture was evident throughout the tour. It is also encouraging to know that your Coach Driver's courtesy, skill and care, particularly on the busy streets of Paris, made such a positive impression. We also appreciate your observation that, while the tour was fast-paced, it allowed you to experience so many cities and to enjoy the cuisine, the people and the country's rich history. It is rewarding to know that the journey has helped you to identify the regions you would like to explore more deeply in future. Thank you once again for your comments.

We are pleased to hear that you found our on-the-road team professional, efficient and punctual, and that their friendliness and good humour made the whole experience feel so effortless and memorable. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and that he kept the group so well on schedule. It is also encouraging to know that you felt safe throughout with your Coach Driver, and that the coach was clean and well maintained. We also appreciate your comments that the hotels were clean, with good food and attentive staff, and that you valued the range of Optional Excursions, which allowed you to tailor the trip to your own interests without feeling pressured and to enjoy a good amount of free time. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you rated the safari ten out of ten, and that you valued it as an affordable way to experience East Africa. It is also encouraging to know that the elephants and views of Kilimanjaro at Amboseli, and your time in the Masai Mara, made such a strong impression, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director ensured you saw so many animals, lions in particular, at close quarters. We are also pleased that the accommodation and meals at the lodges were good. We note your suggestions that, given the distance and the condition of the roads, Lake Elementaita might be omitted in favour of an additional day in the Mara, and that Nairobi National Park be offered as an Optional Excursion before or after the safari. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the routing and the range of excursions can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for your review, and for travelling with us on previous occasions. We are sorry to learn that this trip left you considering whether to travel with us again, and we take your comments seriously. We understand that the changes you noticed, including having to take your own luggage to the coach on travel days and the limited recognition of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, made the experience feel less considered than before. We also regret that some of the hotels did not meet your expectations and that you felt several of the Optional Excursions were overpriced. Your advice to other travellers on choosing extras carefully is candid, and we appreciate it, although we would prefer that every optional activity be clearly worth its cost. We will share your feedback with our Operations and Product Development Department so that the services included, the standard of accommodation and the value of the Optional Excursions can be reviewed. We are grateful for your loyalty over the years and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
