Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the journey so worthwhile, and that the coach and hotels met with your approval despite the considerable distance covered in eight days. We are particularly pleased that your Travel Director was so attentive to guests' needs, informing you of the duration and difficulty of walks and identifying places to rest, and that your Coach Driver's skill and knowledge of alternative routes helped the itinerary to run smoothly. We are also glad to hear that the quality and experience of the Local Guides impressed you, and that the music on board added to your enjoyment. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the tour did not allow sufficient time in certain cities, such as Mostar, to visit other key sites and museums, and that the guided elements felt limited, amounting to little more than an hour in each major city. We appreciate that a balance between structured sightseeing and time for independent exploration is important to many guests, and we regret that this was not achieved to your satisfaction. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the allocation of time in each destination may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more fulfilling experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, and for travelling with us again. We are pleased that you found the itinerary good and the coach comfortable. We are sorry to learn that the quality of the hotels and the Travel Director did not match your earlier experience, and that you found the hotel staff in Prague discourteous. This is not the standard we aim to provide, particularly for returning guests, and we regret that it detracted from your journey. Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary great, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made a positive contribution to your journey. We are sorry that you were not given a clearer timeline in advance, and that your email requesting further detail went unanswered. Timely and reliable communication is central to the service we aim to provide, and we regret that this fell short. We also regret the condition of certain hotels, including the rust in one bathroom, the cleanliness of the carpets at another, and the absence of lifts at some properties, which we appreciate was particularly difficult for older guests travelling with luggage. The limited dining arrangements at the hotel in Alpine, with no safe or practical means of reaching the nearest restaurant, were likewise unsatisfactory. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that communication, the standard of the properties used and the arrangements made for guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.
