Thank you for your feedback. I'm not sure how the prices are hidden. We display the prices exclusive of VAT and inclusive of VAT. Then shipping is added in the checkout process as we can only add shipping when we know where you are. You're then shown the total before you commit to the purchase, so you can then abandon the checkout if you wish. However, I will look in to the way the prices are displayed and I will look in to improving the site so it's clearer. Please can you send in images of the bent tip? Personally I can't see how the tip was bent as the machete is shipped in the sheath, which is wrapped in cardboard and then wrapped in bubble wrap. So if the tip is bent then we need to investigate this and fix your problem. Many Thanks Peter Schofield
