Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We completely empathise with what you have mentioned and would like to apologise for all the inconvenience this may have caused. At the time of booking the delivery of your skip you also confirmed that you would like to pre-book a collection for Thursday 1st August. On Thursday 1st of August you called our offices in the morning to amend your collection date, we amended this with our transport department who confirmed it had all been updated. Later that day we received your call to question why the skip had been collected after calling that morning to amend the collection date, which our transport team confirmed. We expressed your frustration with our transport team and after going back and forth with them throughout the day we agreed to a suitable solution. To rectify their mistake they confirmed they would re-deliver a skip which would be equivalent to the amount of space you had left in your initial skip. This was delivered the following day being the soonest availability. Once again I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. We hope that you would consider using us in the future and we ensure that this would not happen again.
