Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you feel that the service was a little lacking regarding the rate on your insurance. The Insurers do provide the rates and we try to ensure these are competitive. I am pleased a member of staff gave a discount to retain the business, despite the rate set by Insurers. I will flag your file up prior to renewal to review this personally for you.
They appear to be competitive but I have never had to make a claim so I cannot judge that aspect. However they send me an annual reminder and they do not pester me for services I do not want

Quite good and very efficient but I have never (thankfully) had to deal with a claim against me so I don't know how satisfied I might be under those conditions.
