My experience has been excellent, from the initial phone call asking for guidance on insurance to the quote to the purchase. Very professional service.
I have used this company for a number of years now and have never had any issues with them. Unlike most they also reward loyalty which is a rare thing to find these days!
Taking the money from my account 9 days before its due is unacceptable.

Thanks for the feedback and I have left a voicemail to discuss this further with you.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused here. As per the renewal invitations we do renew up to 7 days prior to the renewal but I can see that we have taken payment 8 days prior to the renewal in error. I will ensure the cover does not automatically renew next year for you and we will contact you to discuss this prior to renewal. If cover was not required this year please let me know and I will arrange a full refund for you.
The issue was sorted quickly in a friendly manner.
The issue was an address change, not a problem with service or such like.
I only give five stars in exceptional situations so please do not take...
