Good price, no problems. Some clearer information outlining a summary of policy benefits & cover instead of having to search through ploicy documents would be better.

Insurance Octopus are an introducer of business to our scheme and as such we have been asked to direct queries/questions from their clients to them. They do what they say; nothing spectacularly different or better this year regarding professional indemnity insurance premium related to last year turnover

I can see we have carried the 10% discount over to this years renewal for you. I have switched the auto renew facility off for next year so one of my team calls you and discusses the renewal with you, hopefully being able to apply a little more discount for you.
