Thank you for the feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delay. When we went to pack your goods we discovered that one of the items was unavailable. As we were showing stock this meant that we had to re-check the warehouse, and this regrettably meant that the goods were not dispatched in time for next day delivery. The missing item was later located, and sent on separately. We are sorry to heat that the dispatch emails were not received however. Our systems indicate that these were sent and I am unsure why you have not received them. It may be that they were caught in your junk mail filter. 

Thank you for the feedback. Assembly can be a little fiddly but if you only tighten the screws just enough to hold the item together this will leave some give to attach all parts through the correct holes. You can then tighten the screws fully afterwards, and this will ensure that the set it very rigid after construction. 

We are sorry for the delay. We will of course get the goods to you as soon as we possibly can.

We are very sorry to hear this. It appears that the courier is having difficulty locating your address. I see that it appears to be a new build development, so we have passed on these details to the courier in the hope that this will help them locate you.
