Hi Helen - Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us. We’re really sorry to hear that our English Delft rolls weren’t quite what you were expecting. We do offer a variety of wrapped products on our website, and the wrappers are designed to keep the rolls dust-free until they’re ready to use. To keep the paper as natural and skin-friendly as possible, we never print on the sheets themselves. The product description notes that “each wrapper features sea-inspired tiles”, but we completely understand how this might have been overlooked and apologise for any confusion. Of course, we’d be very happy to receive a return for a full refund. If you could kindly get in touch with our customer care team at wecare@bumboo.eco, they’ll provide you with all the details.
