Brastop Bewertung

Thank you for your review. We are a UK-based company and ship orders to customers all over the world. Your order was dispatched from our warehouse in Leeds, UK, to your address in France. During transit, parcels may pass through sorting hubs in other EU countries before reaching their final destination. To process a refund, the returned parcel must first make its way back through the courier network and be received at our warehouse in the UK. We understand this can feel like a lengthy process, and we're sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. If you need any assistance with sizing or fit for future purchases, our Customer Service team is always happy to help via email or live chat. As sizing can vary between styles, manufacturers, and materials, we'd be delighted to offer personalised fitting advice to help you find the best fit. Best wishes, Brastop.
