Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I hope that you received our email that provided a solution to your website experience although I note you have not mentioned it in this review. As I confirmed in that email, we will also look to make changes to improve your experience as we continually improve our website.
With regard to tracking, our courier would have sent you tracking information from which delivery could have been confirmed. As 99% of our orders are sent to the person that made the order, confirming delivery is a bit superfluous for the majority of our orders. You can always contact us, and we will confirm the delivery status for you.
As a regular customer of Booze Free, we appreciate your feedback but I am very disappointed that we stooped as low as a 3 star rating. We have been trading for over 2 years and this is our lowest ever review and our first 3 star rating.

I've increased my rating to 4. I think the score of 3 I originally gave was based on my frustrations with the new website. As ever the choice of zero alcohol beers and ciders is excellent and your delivery very efficient.
Super fast delivery, I've ordered a couple of mixed cases from Booze Free and both times they arrived within a couple of days. Good selection of beers.
Delivered delicious low alcohol drink quickly at a good price, stuff l would not have come across elsewhere. However mildly fiddly logging in again to the new website from my phone.
