Hello - I have looked into this and can see your order placed on February 24, 2022 at 12:57 pm, we fulfilled and dispatched your order on the same day and handed it to Royal Mail for delivery. I am sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not yet delivered it, we have checked with Royal Mail and this is what they have said: Original IncidentPolish Post has updated that the situation has not improved with service quality as restrictions remains for operations and delivery staff. The processing and delivery of all mail types continue to be affected and the Post is unable to guarantee meeting delivery standards. In addition to this, there are reports that all EU post is delayed due to supply chain congestion in getting aid to the Ukraine. I have refunded your deliver fee as the expectation was to receive the item within 10 working days, we expect that your order will be with you soon and apologies that it is not with you yet.
