We are very sorry that you felt that we had service issues on the purchase of your new home. I can assure you, we carried out the transaction in a completely professional and courteous manner and we did our utmost to speak with your Solicitor who was extremely difficult to get hold off (and carried on working having being dismissed) and as you can appreciate, this was a very difficult transaction due to the most bizarre and unfortunate elements. The only choice we had left was to contact yourself and your Agent, to ask you to speak to your Solicitor, as the transactions were so delayed and the Vendor was reconsidering proceeding with the process.
We are delighted that we managed to get this to a successful sale and both Solicitors and Vendor thanked us personally for all of the work we had put in. We were therefore, surprised and disappointed to get your poor review and star rating , as we do take our service levels extremely seriously.
