It is the best way to improve a product's performance, and this sofa bed has in the past been a popular and well liked answer to people's need for an occasional guest bed. We shall now try to make it even better! And thank you for the initiative you showed in finding a resolution to this issue. The identification and availability of spare parts etc. can be a real frustration for us, even though our technician is super experienced. Finally, as reassurance that we are not just another faceless company when a problem occurs, I have already raised this matter and discussed it personally with our owner, Managing Director, Operations Director and sales team. We shall always endeavour to improve!

Regarding out of London delivery costs, we do try to always offer a professional, full-service delivery including assemblies and removal of packaging. We learned our lesson many years ago not to trust the delivery and installation of properly made furniture to couriers! But we will always look at ways of improving our service, so thank you for your feedback.
