I appreciate 3 months is an exceptionally long time to have to wait and if the bed could not have been maneuvered up the spiral staircase, we should have realized this initially. Above satisfactory purchase and installation.
Although this was just a single chair install - it was very efficiently done and quick. Instructions verbally given were very clear and control pad is simple and easy to get used to.

There was an issue with my new beds delivery – it arrived with a dent…
There was an issue with my new beds delivery – it arrived with a dent in it. I contacted customer services and luckily they replaced it a week later.
