Really good service thanks. Allowed us to change the delivery slot, all well communicated, delivery on time, calling in advance. Really helpful and friendly delivery man. Bed really well packaged.

Thank you for your feedback, but we are sorry to hear of the mix-up with delivery. Unfortunately, we had a member of the transport company fall ill on the day of your delivery, which meant that we had to use an agency driver to complete the deliveries for that day. This driver unfortunately mixed up the order, and delivered more parts, which should have not been delivered to you. Therefore, the transport company had to make arrangements to rectify this issue. We can only apologise for this error, and we are still looking into this issue with the transport company.
Good service just could do with using a better courier than Efurn.

We are interested to know why you were not happy with the delivery service, as we actually upgraded you to a timed delivery slot service, free of charge. It would be appreciated to have some further feedback with regards to the delivery, so that we can look into this with the transport company. The online ordering was easy to use. My bad point is the delivery. On the website we will deliver at a time to suit you. However the delivery company would only deliver to me when it suited them...

Our transport company try to adhere to any requests regarding delivery dates, so we are sorry to hear that you feel that the delivery could only be made on a day that suited the delivery company. We were not made aware of any issues with booking in a delivery date, and if we had known, we may have been able to help with any issue/s. With regards to the delivery service itself, our Free Delivery Service is to the ground floor level of the property as standard. Should you need a "Room of Choice" service, then this service is available at an additional charge of £19.95 at checkout, which means that the delivery team will have sufficient insurance in order to take the goods to a room of you choosing. We hope this makes sense, and again we are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused with your order.
