1. Rated a "3" because the tool supplied is not what is shown in the video. The tool in the box is not flat at the end and so isn't going to work prying off the cover as directed on the video.

I am 66 and bought this soundbar to tone down loud commercials and accentuate voices in tv shows. I still use the rear firing Sony tv audio on a little for diffused sound. I had to tweak it a while...
