Hello and thanks for your feedback. You created order 12011 on 01.28.24. We verified the order on 01.29 and issued check 10501 on 01.30. We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. When you hadn't received the check after two weeks we issued check 10577 on 02.15.24. We never received back the first check returned from USPS. Our current offers for Fleming's cards are 55% if you send us the physical cards in the mail, and 47% if you redeem online. Since you chose online redemption, our assumption is that you accept the offer received. Sorry you had a bad experience and hope we can make it up to you in the future. Since you have received and deposited the first check payment, now you are eligible for electronic payment on subsequent orders.
