A large number of the fairy lights that I ordered were fault and/or broken. I will be pursuing a refund.

Hello Holly, I'm so sorry to hear that the lights you received were faulty. I don't believe we have received any contact from you in relation to this but please get in touch so we can resolve this for you. We offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our lights, therefore we can issue a replacement or offer a refund for any faulty sets.

Boxes arrived damaged & wasn’t the correct product (ordered clear bulbs but frosted arrived) contacted them, but no reply. Would not recommend.

When we received your email, at 1715 on the 14th, we responded at 1720 the same day apologising and asking you to send photographs of what you had received in order for us to rectify the situation immediately. I wonder if perhaps the email has gone in to your spam or junk folder We have resent the email today and look forward to resolving the matter.
