I had to pay postage for the purchase of the Great Briton Stamps. It took over 10 days for the stamps to arrive

Thankyou for your feedback. Please accept my apologies over any inconvenience the delay in receiving your stamps may have caused.
Upon investigation of your order, I can see that you ordered your items on 13.11.2013 and your items were shipped for delivery via Royal Mail on that date.
Once your order is shipped by our warehouse to Royal Mail for delivery we no longer hold responsibility for these item; I'm afraid that you would need to take this up with Royal Mail directly.

Here at the Post Office Shop, we strive to deliver the best Customer Service possible which is why we provide you with a live stock feed for all products which is present at the time of ordering.
Upon investigation of your order, the items you ordered were out of stock when the order was placed and we picked, packed and shipped your order on 11.11.2013 when the stock was received.
However, I understand this was outside of the time frame you required and as a gesture of goodwill I have arranged for your delivery costs to be refunded.

I only bought Xmas stamps designed by children. Couldn't get them in the village shop for some reason
