They should come up with an offer price and not encourage the vendor to come up with the lowest price they would accept

They offer very very less value for the purchase of the timeshare.
Not even 50% of the purchase value.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time and trouble to review our service and for your comments.
With regards to the price you received for the sale of your timeshare, I can appreciate that you may be disappointed to have received considerably less than the price you originally paid when you bought directly from the resort.
When buying from the devloper/resort a large portion of the price you pay will have been made up of the initial capital investment and expenditure the developer laid out when building the resort, as well as all of their maketing costs and sales costs.
In comparison, buyers on the resale market are not paying all of those expenses and the resale market is, therefore, much keener in price.
Any offer put forward by a potential buyer is communicated to the seller and it is the seller's decision as to whether or not an offer is acceptable.
Only once we have the agreement on price, of both the buyer and seller do we issue the contracts and conduct the transfer of ownership.
Whilst you are dissapointed with the final sale price, I am pleased that we were able to assist you in the sale of your timeshare and conducted the transfer of ownership in a timely fashion.
