Service was very good, I thought because I live in Jersey the VAT would have been taken off, as I had to pay our GST tax for the uk value , so paid tax twice. The jacket was good.

Unfortunately out system does not allow us to automatically remove the VAT charge for orders placed to Jersey and other locations exempt from these costs.
I can confirm I have now issued a refund for the VAT on your order which should be in your account within 3-5 days. If you place any orders in the future please get in contact with our customer service team and confirm your order number, we will be happy to refund this charge back to you.
