Yes, please go ahead and plant them. Sorry that the Post Office took so long to get your seed tubers to you. They have been having problems. By now the tubers will have broken dormancy and you will see sprouts emerging from the eyes. It's at this point tubers are ready to plant. We checked our records and for whatever reason we have no record of receiving an email from you. Always feel from to call us (207.429.9765 M-F 8-4 ET) where you can speak to a real live human being at our farm. Thanks for your order and all the best in your garden! Jim
