OK, so who doesn't love a cashmere wrap - wonderful. I have already purchased from this company a few years ago and was just as delighted. This was a present to myself for the coming colder months...
They send the wrap after 8 days and I had to send a mail twice.
The item arrived in a plastic bag and not in a box.

We are so sorry for your negative review. We did email to explain that on this occasion and due to an unexpected staff quarantine situation, the parcel would arrive a little later than usual. We sent the parcel after 8 days but usually try and send within 2 days. We did send the wrap out in a plastic pouch instead of a box, as we hoped this would make the shipping a little quicker. I do hope you will consider us again and thanks for your positive comments about our travel wraps.
