We were obviously very disappointed to hear you were not pleased with some aspects of your tour including the service you had received from your guide. We can appreciate that the service you received has caused you disappointment which is regretful, as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and enjoyment of our tours. This seems to be an isolated incident as previous comments about your guide have been positive including a member from your group. We have nonetheless passed your comments over to our China office for their review. Please note that some early starts are required as to avoid congestion in attraction areas; both traffic and tourist crowds. Please rest assured that your comments relating to the member of staff Connie at the Elite Flower Garden Hotel has been passed on the our China office who will in turn forward to the Hotel.
