I do want to apologise sincerely for the admin error with your confirmation email. Getting the wrong date and the incorrect number of days on the ATOL certificate is not the standard we aim for and I can completely understand your frustration. I am glad we were able to resolve this for you promptly and I hope the corrected documents put your mind at ease. Please do let us know if you ever have any further concerns with your paperwork. Regarding the inclusivity of the tour, I can see how this might have caused some confusion. Our tours are indeed fully inclusive in the sense that they cover international and internal flights, all transfers, all accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and all sightseeing as outlined in the main itinerary. There are no hidden charges for the core tour experience. However, we do offer additional optional excursions on certain itineraries for those who wish to see even more. These are entirely optional, as the name suggests, and we try to make that clear in the pre departure information. We also do not include drinks with meals, as preferences for alcoholic or soft drinks vary so much from person to person. I appreciate that when Keith talks about the tours being inclusive, it is easy to assume that means absolutely everything is covered. I will feed this back to him and our marketing team so we can be clearer in future about what is included as standard and what is available as an add on. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel caught out after booking. Thank you again for bringing these points to our attention.
