We were further sorry that you haven't received your confirmation documents. These were sent to you by email on 10th November and the email address we used appears to be correct. Contacted re booking 11 months hence, will be called baco in January.

Too far ahead to finalise but very happy with quality of service and information given. Will doubtless finalise early in 2020 when full range of options will be available.
