WeddingPlan Insurance Anmeldelser

Changed my rating. At first it all seemed so good but it is now apparent that it was all too good to be true. I have had to rearrange my wedding, I made a claim to their claims management company and am still waiting for UK General/Weddingplan to actually give an answer. Customers are being left in the dark. I have sat on hold for hours only to be told they will have an update in the next couple of days. My policy states that I should be covered, but all they seem to be doing is deny deny deny. They are more than happy to take your money but then act in bad faith when it comes to honouring claims. I will NEVER take out any insurance policy that is sold or underwritten by UK General. The kindest word I can use to describe them right now is thieves.
