Refused a package holiday refund. I tried to get this back on Mastercard (as they left ABTA to rip further customers off ) They then lied and said I had a full refund direct from Airline (I hadn't)...

Avoid like the plague, this company has meet none of it legal obligations to it customers. They still advertise through google AD Words that they are ABTA protected so people find it in searches....
