Thanks for your feedback. The number porting process in the UK for landline numbers can be very complicated. It involves multiple parties and some elements are outside the control of Vonage. Hopefully your number port will go through soon.
Poor guidance when taking out my contract meant I could not transfer my old BT telephone number. There was no apology from Vonage and I have been left with notifying everyone of a new home number.

Sorry that we were not able to port your number. It seems that the number you wanted to port had been disconnected and this means that we cannot transfer it to Vonage. This is a limitation impossed by the large telephone operators and Vonage has no control over it. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee and you were able to disconnect your Vonage service without penalty during this period.
