Hi,
We use a ticket service and have 2 customer service agents who respond and contact all customers as soon as possible, i'm sorry you feel you were fobbed off, I can assure you that wasn't the intention.
As you have previously returned coils that were used and weren't faulty, and we replaced them for you as a goodwill gesture, as we mentioned by email, we wouldn't be able to replace another 3 boxes for you. This is because all the coils are used and have been working in your device. Coils all last different lengths of time, depending on a variety of things, such as - liquid flavour (grape, cola, sweet flavours), how frequent you vape and what Ohm.
As all of your coils last the same amount of time, over the span of 4 boxes, we would have to assume that one of these factors is causing their life span to be shorter. I'm sorry you feel unhappy with our response, we do have a strict policy on this because each vaper is different and we have to ensure that our policies are fair. Hi,
As we received all used coils, and we replaced your previous returned box of used coils as a goodwill gesture, we were unable to do this for you moving forward, unfortunately. As we mentioned by email and on a previous review, all coils last different lengths of time due to multiple factors. This can be from how often you vape, to how sweet your flavours are and what device you use.
The prism coils are our best-selling coils and this isn't a common occurence. As your last 4 boxes have all lasted the same amount of time with the same liquid, we would then put this down to another factor, as it is normal for a coil to last a couple of days as you mentioned in your original email.
