I can see that our customer support team is working on resolving this issue with you. As stated your parcel is delayed by a couple of days, but not enough to consider the parcel as lost. We understand the frustration with not getting your delivery exactly when you want it, but this is outside of our control and delays can happen from time to time.
We have advised that you must wait 10 working days for Royal Mail to attempt to deliver your parcel, if at this stage the parcel does not arrive, we can assist you further. If your parcel hasn't arrived by the day after tomorrow, please do get back in touch and we can resolve this for you.

14 days have passed. Still no item, which I already expected from the terrible customer experience and no refund.
I was blocked from posting reviews on their facebook page after I started raising complaints.
They silence bad reviews and do not deliver products and keep refusing the refund.
Terrible company, terrible customer service and it is safe to say, terrible product (since you don't even get it).
Review should be negative stars.
