Great products just a shame i still have not received it, now 2 weeks since order! Contacted customer service who's been no help to receive it!

Unfortunately, on this occasion, RoyalMail accidentally sent your parcel to the wrong depot! We can see that the parcel was successfully re-routed and delivered.
