Switch was easy
Switch was easy but I have to enter manual readings each month which is pain. I previously had a smart meter but Utility Point dont offer this service

Service to me - good. Service to friend - unacceptable
My renewal was easy. The renewal rate was attractive.
However, I have asked them to make an offer of the "refer a Friend". The friend has yet to har from them after 2 weeks. That is not good.

OK. Since I moved our energy provider to yourselves I have heard nothing about how the move went, although as far as I can tell every thing appears to be working correctly. I gave you readings when you asked for them although EON told me that they were still waiting for readings so that they can close my account with them. I am also unclear what is happening with my account with yourselves.
I hope you will help me to clarify my position.

Hi there, thank you for your response.
Between the 8/06/2020 - 29/06/2020 we sent 6 emails. These included your Welcome Pack which attached was your tariff agreement and advised of where we were at with the switching process. A final email is sent on the day the supply goes live with us, we would recommend checking your junk/spam folder of your inbox to check these emails have not gone into there.
Once a supplier received the opening readings, these are sent to the industry for validation to ensure the readings fall in line. This process can take up to 32 days, your previous supplier received these within 9 days.
We hope this resolve your concerns however, please do let us know if you have any further concerns.
