Thanks so much for the kind words about the #14—so glad you’re enjoying the flavour!🙌 Sorry to hear a few pods didn’t pierce properly. We recommend giving the grid plate a quick clean with a brush to make sure there’s no coffee build-up around the piercing needles. Sometimes oils and fine grounds can block things up a bit. Also, giving the pods a little shake before popping them in can help loosen any compacted coffee for a better flow. Great idea but way too sweet

Loved the idea of quality hot chocolate in a Nespresso-compatible pod but I found the drink way too sweet for my taste.
