Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Slow return policy

Slow, I ordered the wrong controller. I rang and was told to return it for exchange.I need a remote controller. I have returned it but have not had any response. It has been over a week.

Chargernot working, damaged cable?

Charger still not working, Indra have sent a replacement and I am waiting for an engineer to visit. All assumptions from the Indra team is that the charging cable is damaged and not working.
