Happy with the whole experience

After sharing this feedback, I was pleased to receive a personal call from the Customer Support Manager, who listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that this feedback would be used to improve their services. He was kind, apologetic, and committed to making the necessary changes for the future. Based on this positive interaction and their willingness to resolve these issues, I am optimistic that future experiences will be more inclusive and supportive. As a result, I will be updating my rating, and I look forward to bringing my son back once improvements are made.
