Disappointing

13 of the cups were either chipped or broken on delivery. This could be due to poor packaging.

After receiving 13 broken or chipped mugs- U Name quickly contacted the supplier of the mugs and they will be re printed and sent by Friday. The mugs were broken BUT not because of a courier issue as they were packed badly, but U-Name have ensured they are replaced quickly and hopefully they will be delivered in perfect condition- so thank you for your quick response.
