Every event we have purchased and participated in has been great. I needed dates changed on 2 separate excursions and one had a hiccup on the tech side, but it was resolved and will be an adventure...

It was fine but be aware you still need to redeem tickets and wait in a long line at the attractions. This service does not give you an actual ticket.

Thanks for your feedback. We try to ensure our guests' are made aware that they will still be required to redeem the museum tickets at the ticket desk. We also note on the voucher that there could be delays for holidays and weekends.
