Good morning, Mr. Butcher, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to spend such a significant amount of time waiting to speak with our team, only for the call to be disconnected. We appreciate that having to contact us again and spend further time on hold would have added considerably to your frustration, particularly when you were trying to resolve an important travel matter. We are pleased, however, that your request was eventually dealt with, although we fully understand your concerns regarding the additional £600 you were required to pay. Please be assured that any applicable charges for changes to a booking are determined by the airline's fare rules, availability and any difference in fare or taxes, together with any applicable TravelUp administration charges. These costs can therefore vary depending on the requested change and the circumstances of the booking. That said, we acknowledge that the difficulties you experienced in reaching us made an already stressful situation considerably worse. Your feedback regarding the lengthy waiting times and disconnected call will be shared with the relevant team for review, as we recognise the importance of providing customers with a reliable and accessible service. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused and appreciate you taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. Regards, TravelUp
