Dear Customer, Thank you for your comments, although we're sorry to know you are disappointed with our rebooking procedure however as a travel agent we have to abide by the norms and guidelines of the airline We may like to inform you that difference in fare may apply if the new fare is higher than the fare you paid for your current booking.
