Travel Trolley Anmeldelser

My dear customer supper team manager, I wouldn't like to sound unfair or to make false claims. I must set the record right. It's in the interest of the travel services company I have trusted for maybe 15 years - it was in business as Southall Travels then. Here go the ticket numbers (not publishing full details) that you can check from your records to see how many amendments were made to travel dates and how much was charged on each occasion: 0723847636301, 0723847641820, 0723847791168, 0723847826799, 0723847946546, 0723847962446, 0723847977252, 0723848022033. The charges invoiced as admin fee varied between £30 and £61 and were waived on one or two occasions. Some of the details I have pulled out quickly for your reference: 28-02-21 admin fee £30 (Invoice 4566466) 29-07-21 admin fee £60 (Invoice 4597277) 17-08-2021 admin fee £50 (Invoice 4606063) 17-09-21 change fee £61 (Invoice 4621560) The cancellation you mentioned and ascribed to me was actually an option taken to keep the travel date open, on advice from Travel Trolley, to save me another charge. It was not a cancellation and refund request as might be insinuated from your comment. Within a couple of weeks of this, I made the final change for £61. Important to bear in mind, these changes were consequences of Covid-19 and related issues under circumstances covered by airlines world over. My airline denied any charges of any sort on any of the amendments. Payment receipts clearly stated the charges as admin charges. On each occasion I was told there was no fare difference except for the last amendment which is recorded as ‘re-issue and admin fee’ although a fare difference is mentioned in the email quote. Imagine the amount of time and effort put in! It'd be a pleasure to be able to treat my experience in isolation when booking my upcoming trip but unfortunately the repeated charges of over £200 hold me back! Kind regards Your loyal customer
