Hi Karen King. I have been patiently waiting for Cruise Megastore to call me for past 3 days after your response. I have even tried to call the sales agent that i dealt with, left message but no response. Instead the guy who answered to me tried selling me the insurance again, seriously why would i EVER purchase anything from Cruise Megastore EVER AGAIN.This is the worst kind of service ever provided from a vacation providers. I need someone to call me or rectify my itinerary asap. a little advice to all you people who want to book with Cruise Megastore, don't bother accepting any offers or calling to get any deals, its a waste of energy and time plus you will be wasting your money as you will not get what you actually asked for.

Hi Karen King. I don't see any reason why i should email anyone, as i called the number and the extension given, plus i emailed 3 times to the salesperson on his email address on 03/02 ; 06/02 & 11/02 , asking him to call me, respond, reply, or just change the itinerary and email back...no, no response so far from the salespersons email address. I have the names of the personnel. Let me know if you need the names, i will be more than happy to. Hopeful this drama will get sorted out today as i don't wish to miss out or pay for something i did not order. Thank you.

I am still waiting on the email that the personnel was suppose to send 4 days ago with the payment reminder and breakdown (itinerary). Also i checked for Keyada the name i was suppose to contact to verify the OV and the OV obs cabins. The guy does not exist. Quiet a wild goose chase here, just to cover your back. Not appreciating the service at all. Definitely telling all my contacts to avoid Mega Cruise. Crazy as it is i was contacted by MegaCruise to purchase another cruise with them at 2 for 1 deal. Hopeless service ... yeah right another booking with you bunch...NEVER. Now all i want is my itinerary and the reminder cal. to avoid any late fee or any cc surcharge as i specifically said i will make an eft payment. Fix this now and don't bother calling just email me, you have my details.

Still rating Cruise Megastore 1 star for pathetic customer service by Francis Cruz the cruise support rep, who kept spelling my name incorrect even after advising to amend the itinerary (such ignorance from a sales rep is just plain bad for the company and clients), and the supervisor calling to apologies yet backing her staff is just a great way to keep clients. Frustration and no response is what you will get if you book with these bunch. My first and last experience with Cruise Megastore. Wish there was a zero rating. Finally got my payment summary.
