TonerGiant.co.uk Anmeldelser

Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent order, and sorry to hear your experience wasn't up to the standard we aim to provide here at TonerGiant. Please let me re-assure you that all of our products are rigorously tested here by our quality team, to ensure any defects are found, and resolved before they reach the customer. The issue you have encountered seems to be a very common issue with Brother products, and a simple drum reset will resolve the issue, which we could have advised if you had got in touch with us when the issue arose. I have created a case on our system, and sent an email over for some more details, so we can get this sorted for you.
